This will be the last seminar offered at Canine Action Sports because this property is up FOR SALE (building & entire 5.30 acres) and we will be closing as soon as the property is sold. The Building
This exceptional facility is a spacious 6,161 sq. ft. clear span Butler steel building that was built by Norman Eckinger in 2003. There is an office, kitchen, 2 handicap accessible bathrooms, a utility room and storage room. The matted flooring is 5,000 sq. feet and is covered in 3/4 inch recycled rubber.
The Grounds
This facility and 54 space asphalt parking lot sit on less than 2 acres of the 5.30 acre parcel. The remaining 3 acres have fenced green space and an outbuilding for storage built in 2004. The property has room for expansion or development.
