Canine Courtesies
Please help us keep this beautiful dog training property safe and sanitary.
Come in the front door which faces Easton St. NE. There will be a registration area. WELCOME TO CANINE ACTION DOG TRAINING CENTER!
Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the first class session. This will give you time to complete any necessary paperwork and to check in.
Notice the plastic poop bags and trash can located outside at the rear of the building. Dispose of all canine eliminations in the outside trash cans. Feel free to pick up any "orphan poops".
Immunization records are necessary to begin training. You must show proof of immunizations the first week of the six weeks session.
No aggressive dogs, dogs known to bite or disruptive dogs will be permitted in class. Also female dogs in season are not permitted in the dog building however the handler is encouraged to attend class.
Exit the building at the side door next to the crating area. This will allow the next class to enter with plenty of space.
Children are welcome to observe classes. Children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted inside the gated training area. Permission may be given by the instructor for children to enter the ring during a class.
Open your eyes, your heart and your mind to "pawsitive method training".
Use the utility cart supplies, next to the men's bathroom, to clean up anytime Fido decides to pee or poop while inside the building. You will find plastic bags, simple green cleaning solution, paper towels and wet wipes.
Remember to keep your dog on a leash at all times unless you are enrolled in a class which requires off leash training. Discourage your canine from sniffing other canines.
Thirsty dogs can get a drink near the drinking fountain. There are disposable bowls available and you can flush any left overs.
Encourage your canine to stay close to you on leash.
Sign up for the next 6 weeks of classes asap. This will ensure a space.
Invest in a flat buckle collar or snap collar and a 4' leash. You may purchase a treat bag from us for $5.00 and bring soft treats to fill the bag for training. Retractable leashes and choke chains are not permitted.
